People

Many contributors to Project 2025 have close ties to Donald Trump and his presidential campaign. The Heritage Foundation, which leads the development of Project 2025, has collaborated with over 100 partners, some of whom are led by former Trump administration officials. These partners include:

• The Conservative Partnership Institute, which includes former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows as a senior partner.
