The President does not have the authority to redirect millitary funds
this power lies soley with the legislative branch

Restore his 2019 Remain in Mexico Policy program, which required asylum seekers at the U.S. border to wait in Mexico while their cases are processed

This is not within the presidents authority outside of the scope of a short of slight exceptions in the case of a public health emergency (the reason it was possible in 2019 was because the law carved out this temporary measure for public health emergencies (covid)
Also if applied to asylum seekers this policy would leave America out of compliance with international law

End what he called “catch-and-release” and instead detain all migrants who are caught entering the United States without authorization or violating other immigration laws

Catch and release, the practice of apprehending and subsequently releasing undocumented immigrants, operates as the de facto law of the land, alterable only through the legislative process of enacting de jure legislation.
This authority is solely with the legislative branch and the only authority a president has on it is to veto (even this can be overridden)

Deputize the U.S. National Guard and local law enforcement to help with rapid deportations

This is problematic at best impossible at worst

  • Posse Comitatus Act: This law generally prohibits the use of federal military personnel for law enforcement activities within the U.S.
  • State Control of National Guard: While the President can federalize the National Guard, state governors typically have control over their use within the state.
  • Local Law Enforcement: Deputizing local police could raise issues of federal overreach and conflict with local priorities.
Enact travel bans denying entry to people from the Gaza Strip, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and “anywhere else that threatens our security”

Block Communists, Marxists and socialists from entering the U.S. and send deportation officers to “pro-Hamas” protests

End “birthright” citizenship for children born in the U.S. to undocumented parents

End Biden’s immigration parole program and roll back Temporary Protected Status designations

Try again to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, commonly referred to as DACA
